An unusual name for an unusual ministry.

"LIGHTSPEED" is an English term to illustrate a Greek concept "apokalupsis & epignosis" which means "revelation at the speed of light" or "a lifetime worth of knowledge imparted in a single moment!"

This is how we got born again and how we grow in respect to our salvation. From God's Spirit to our heart, revelation shines forth until "in His light we see light!"

Over 12 years ago God gave me the vision of a school building that housed a center for Christian television. It was an outreach ministry to the whole world. As a bible teacher and pastor this thrilled me. My heart has always yearned for the Body of Christ "to grow up before they go up" which must happen as Psalm 110 says.

Ministering through churches, bible studies, broadcast and print for over 12 years, LMI has pressed toward this goal. We are now reaching globally  to help people understand their identity and relationship in Him. Making each life a place of pure worship built upon a higher word.

Our Logo: The Word of God shining outward from a television screen boldly showing a diamond which represents the abundant wealth and treasure hidden in the Word of God brought forth. The cross shaped gleam in the corner of the diamond represents the cross and the One who made the way for all of us to follow.

Our Motto: "Ministering to both the hungry and the hurting!" If you are in either of these categories, LMI is designed and committed to serve to you!

Our Key Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:12, 13 (NKJ) "Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual."

This scripture gives focus to our mission. By healing and empowering those called to walk in the Spirit, we believe we will affect the whole world. Which is the true call of the five-fold ministry "to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry."
