Our God's way and thoughts are not like mans!!!

God speaks spiritual things to spiritual people! 1Cor. 2:12,13&14!

So often man carnalizes God's message to fit his earthly perspective.

If we would REALLY let His word speak for itself and allow His spiritual imagery not to be dragged down into mans level!!! How easily then we would be willing to accept and believe ALL that He has promised!!!

Consider this;

Finally brethren..

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of praise, LET YOUR MIND DWELL ON THESE THINGS! Phil 4:8

Let YOUR mind DWELL! It is a command! Something YOU do!

So often we have grasped only one level of looking at His word! Take 2 Cor.10:4 for example! It is so easy for that scripture to be a devil chasing mentality and not a transforming truth that calls the believer to think His way!!! Most take verse 4 out of context!!! 2 Cor. 10:5 explains verse 4!! Thought life is mentioned 3 times in verse 5. Thoughts are the area of stronghold and warfare!! Along with Rom. 8:1-10+12:2; Eph. 4:20+25, Col. 3:1-10 all speak of overcoming in the soul or thought realm to display His glory. Even the warfare mentioned in Eph. 6:10-20 mentions a metaphorical taking up of the armor of faith which is a way of thinking! Faith is believing and believing is thinking! Heavenly places CAN be a metaphor for a higher way of thinking!! He dwells in the midst of the praises of His people!

Praising begins with a thought!!!

A thought is the seed of great and profound things!!

If it is a Godly thought it will produce the kingdom of God if you nurture it!!!
